One of the best Advertisements
This is one of the best advertisements I have seen in a long long time. Kudos to the OUTSTANDING company of the year of India, AIRTEL.
I wanted to post this one on the day I saw it but it was not there on YOUTUBE
"There is no wall, no barrier.."
Enjoy it.

Infinity
This symbol seems to be a very simple one, but this has been been engulfing my mind since last six months. I thought of making another mathematical artwork and started to do so. In doing so, I went through lots of concepts of mathematics which dealt with INFINITY in some manner or the other.
I revised lots of Trignometry to find something relevant which could give me clues for binding the infinity. My mind kept revolving in the realms of Algebra and Calculus to find out ways to portray the infinitum. I drew lots of drawings but none could satisfy me.
I am still trying to open "the closed loop" of INFINITY and may be I'll do it soon.

It's so soothing
Today I got my first blogging award, not on this blog though. I am very excited as my first award means a lot to me.
It's for the Ambigrams Blog which I update every now and then. I am very thankful to EV Nucci for honoring me with Southern Cross Award.
EV is a phenomenal person with pristine attitude towards life. She says that her middle name is Tenacity and Perseverance. This statement itself denotes her supreme character and intrepid human soul. You can read more about EV on her blog.
The award has been created by another amazing artist, Kim Barker who lives in Sydney, Australia. I thank Kim too for creating such a wonderful award. You can see the artworks of Kim at Laketrees.

Do you know Russian?
Even I don't know Russian but for the 33 alphabets in the language.
Recently, I was asked by one of my friends to design something for
him. I didn't have the software, so he managed the software from
somewhere.
To my dismay, the software was in Russian language. I was bamboozled
for a moment that how would I design using that language. The whole
language seemed a cipher to me.
But again, it was a challenge and I took it up and finally did it.
I'm sorry I cannot post those designs but for me, it was a great
achievement.
I must say,
"Visual language is greater than any other language of the world."

The Signal Of Joy
One year back I was in New Delhi for a training in my company
which deals in Telecom software.
During that time, we all people went to a Disco for party which
was titled 'CDMA'. I was accompanied by people from
different parts of India and we had loads of fun.
I wrote a poem in that clamorous environment which is a
mixture of telecommunication and literature.

Emotions pouring through the body,
Feelings are sublime.
Warm triggers flowing in the neural structure;
Only frequency of joy varying with time.
Music beats analogous to discrete signals,
Welcome transforms cherished in life.
Cerebrations vanishing to a point;
Smothered by a 'jovial' knife.
People involved in convergent talk,
Multiplexing the threads of happiness.
Frequencies of different directions
Encoding India into a sense of oneness.
The techies emulating the demigods,
Their schemes - GSM, Telephony & CDMA.
Scenario reliquishing the mind;
Enjoyment - The synonym is CDMA.

I'm a fan of ROCK
I started listening to Rock music coz of my cousins who are die hard GUNS N' ROSES fans.
This wall painting was done by me on their request. It was completed swiftly and to my surprise, it turned out quite good.
Some more tattoos done by me on their request can be found here.

Happy Diwali
The festival of lights,
The music of crackers,
The sweetness of delicacies,
And the blessings of the goddess,
Usher a new era in your life.
HAPPY DIWALI!

I'm frustrated
I have never wanted to write about my life at my work place because it has always been boring and frustrating. But I'm forced to write today about it. I don't get any chance to innovate and apply my mind. I call myself an engineer and the pathetic software industry doesn't even give me chance to do the basics of what an engineer must do.
That's weird. Isn't it? Yes it is. But that is the truth.
The basic of computer science is basic Math. The truth is people would find it hard many times to implement basic math in the Indian IT industry. I don't want to talk much about the industry and its process. I want to throw light on one of the surreal experiences I had, recently. It has been 2 years in the industry and I never had a team. I have been working all alone without any team. The so called team members are sitting far away and they never gave any help of any kind. I have a senior at work place that unfortunately speaking, gets agog at my questions most of the times.
I encountered a problem during the development of an application. I restructured the practical problem into a theoretical question of basic math with 3 unknown variables. I could have solved this scenario by using algebra but the best way would have been to use probability as estimation of one of the variables could be done on runtime by some analysis. I am a bit cranky with probability. So I asked my senior to help me out. Instantaneously, his face got pale. He seemed helpless and his answer was, "I don't know." I asked him that whether he can inquire in the office about the same. He said, "It is highly unlikely that anybody would know probability in depth." Finally, I solved the problem using algebra and algorithmic techniques. I derived a formula and implemented that in the program.
But, I was very frustrated.
That incident makes me laugh at myself. I expect my seniors to be more intelligent than me. I expect them to be a better engineer than me.
Sadly though, that is not the case.

Mathematics & Love
Once a Mathematics Professor went to propose a girl.
He said, "O my lady! Would you accept my -(1+sin(t))
and tie a Mobius knot with me for lifetime."
I plotted the graph at this site.
It's a rotated Cardioid.
