Sacred lamp

This is a painting based on the names of my best friend and his wife. Since he is a physicist, I thought of making a manifestation of Higgs boson [my imagination] on a lamp[meaning of his wife's name]. The boson is formed by the interference of the rays.

My mathematical artist friend "Karl Kempton" sent me this lovely gift on my b'day today. Thanks Karl!
BTW. I share my b'day with Levi Strauss, Victor Hugo, Micheal Bolton and a dutch artist friend. Incidently, all have had artistic capabilities.

I have been very fortunate to get some reliable, intelligent and cool friends during the course of my life. One among them is Amit Saurav. He is a brilliant programmer, a computer science freak and a crispy cool personality. Currently pursuing his MS in Stony Brook, he has an aim of stamping his authority in the field of Computer Science. Someday, he will definately do this.
