On World Environment Day
I took this photograph in Brindavan Gardens in Mysore. On the occasion of World Environment Day, this tree emphasizes the importance of greenery and clean environment in our life. I am a passionate nature lover. On this day, I would stress that please don't throw any plastics in your surroundings. Also, try to use as minimum plastic as possible.
I find it annoying that the clerks try to give me a plastic bag even if I am just buying a stupid pack of gum. As if I have no hands or pockets!
ReplyDeleteI had a clerk practically force me to take the bag one time, as if my purchase would explode on my way out the door or something if it wasn't in a bag.
By the way, is that a banyan?
