Something by Shakespeare

I couldn't resist writing after reading these two lines in a sonnet by SHAKESPEARE.

But if the while I think of thee, dear friend,
All losses are restored, and sorrows end.

The corrected form--

But if the while I think on thee, dear friend,
All losses are restored, and sorrows end.
